Masterfully crafted this beautiful Knifewing pin is the work of Master Zuni artist Bowman Penwa (c.1930-1960). One of the few Zuni artist that did large channel inlay work, early in his career. This lovely pin features flat set mosaic inlay, of the four sacred colors (stones) of gem quality turquoise, orange abalone shell, black jet, and white pearl shell.

The width of the pin measures 2 3/4" by 1 1/2" tall. Not hallmarked which Bowman did not hallmark his work.
