Description

Non-Native American. This is a particularly fine bracelet from the late 1920's to early 30's. Hallmarked Aguilar 900, which during that period, the artists from Mexico City district mainly used 900 (coin silver) in their work. It is completely hand fabricated with repousse and chased silver work with the Aztec Rose design. Artist such as the Platero family did very similar work. The full name of this artist is un-known, but experts on early Mexican silver verified the work and dates of creation. It is truly a stunning bracelet.

This silver bracelet has areas of beautiful repousse in the center and sides. It has a light weight and wonderful patina on the entire cuff. It measures 1 1/2" across the center. Inside measures 6 1/8 with a 1 1/2" opening. Slightly adjustable.
