We will happily accept returns for exchange or refund
within 8 calendar days after delivery of the item. At our sole discretion
after 8 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Must contact us on returns within 8 days of delivery. Items must be in "new, unaltered and
unused condition". In cases where a customer has a high rate of returns (generally three in a row), Browns Trading reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on inventory. No exchanges or refunds on layaway item. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way -within 8 calendar days of
the delivery date (after 8 days no
returns are allowed)
-Must not be a special order, layaway, repaired, sized, payment plans or a custom order.
-Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time
period other than that of 8 days noted in that item's particular item
description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact
us immediately.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. A refund for the item will be given for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not
damaged (less any shipping, service fees and credit card charges). Our credit card services are no longer refunding card charges. Again, you must contact us
within 8 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items
returned to us AFTER 8 days and without contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If returning we recommend that you add insurance and signature confirmation, for your protection.
We apologize if our Return Policy appears stringent. Our policies help protect us against Fraud as well as maintaining a quality experience for our regular Customers and those of you that appreciate handmade jewelry of America's First People.
