This lovely bolo tie was handcrafted by well-known Hopi artist Lewis Lomay. c: (1913-1996). He began his career in jewelry in 1930's and worked for a period of time with Frank Patania Sr. in Santa Fe NM. His designs were both traditional Hopi with a touch of European influence at times. His work is highly collectable, as well it should be. Hallmarked with his snake and LL.
This beautiful bolo is set with a quality Kingman turquoise stone, shaped into an arrow. A lovely, stamped silver design holds this beautiful stone. Heavy handcrafted solid, domed silver tips add the final touch to this piece. This bolo can be worn by anyone wanting a statement piece by a master artist!
The bolo measure 3 3/8" tall by 1 3/4" wide. The tips are 3 1/2" long. The total length is 40" including tips.
