This lovely Zuni necklace is set with 95 beautiful, snake eye cabochons of Natural Blue Gem Turquoise. The Naja designed necklace is hand fabricated Zuni work, unsigned as was customary for jewelry from this period. The small hand cut stones are set in fine saw tooth bezels, with accents of tiny silver drops. The workmanship is exquisite with precise silver and stone work. Beautiful handcrafted beads are from this same era. The aged color change of the stones is absolutely beautiful!

This necklace was purchased by C.G. Wallace and has his traders pricing code etched on the center Naja. This code also gives an approximate date of purchase. With the color change of stones, silver work and wonderful patina of the silver, we date this necklace to the late 1940's.

The center Naja measures 1 1/2" long by 1 1/4" wide. The top smallest Naja's measure 7/8" long by 11/16" wide. The total necklace length is 20".
