Description

This wonderful ring offers the unique and creative design of Navajo artist Kenneth Begay. Kenneth Begay (1913–1977) was called the "father of modern Navajo jewelry" for his innovative modern designs. Although his career began from the traditional jewelry teachings of Fred Peshlakai, Kenneth took his talent beyond those early lessons. He created elegant, clean designs with balance and beauty! This beautiful ring depicts his style of work perfectly. Simple elegance!

This lovely ring is set with a beautiful Morenci turquoise stone. The design appears as a silver bowl containing a turquoise stone and is a perfect example of Kenneth's creative work. The top portion measures 13/16" long by 13/16" wide. The size is a 11. It is absolutely beautiful on! It is hallmarked with his KB mark, White Hogan shop mark, Hand Made and sterling.
