Zuni artist Andrew Dewa was active from1960's until his death in 2001. He was best known for his figural mosaic inlay and his sun-face motif. This beautifully made Zuni Antelope necklace is set with turquoise, carved jet, carved Mother of Pearl, coral and yellow lip shell. The detail throughout this necklace is a wonderful example of one of Zuni's most talented artists. This piece is not hallmarked, which was common on many of his early pieces.

The bottom portion measures 3 1/8" tall by 1 7/8" wide, with other figures measuring 1 3/4" by 1 1/2" wide. The total length of the necklace including the bottom sunface is 30" long.
