Zuni artist Don Dewa was active from1970's. He was best known for his mosaic and channel inlay work and his sun-face motif. This beautifully made Zuni flying Eagle pendant is set with turquoise, jet, Mother of Pearl, coral and yellow lip shell. Parts of the design are carved, such as the feather and wings on the eagle. The detail throughout this piece is a wonderful example of one of Zuni's most talented artists. Hallmarked. DON C. DEWA, ZUNI N.M.

The pendant measures 2" tall by 1 3/8" wide.
