These beautiful Thunderbird earrings were hand crafted and attributed to well-known Zuni artist Frank Vacit. The incredibly fine inlay features the sacred 4 colors/materials of turquoise, black jet, white Mother of Pearl and red abalone shell. This pair offers the best of Vacit's work, with his distinct, detailed design and precise inlay work. Top grade Blue Gem turquoise is featured in both the body and the top portion of the pair.
The earrings measure 5/8" wide by 1 7/8" long, with clip on backs. Not hallmarked, but definitely the work of Frank Vacit. Please see Artist Biographies on our Home page for more information about this artist.
