Beautiful, heavy Navajo bracelet attributed to Mark Chee, c. 1940's. Masterfully set with 3 high domed, spider webbed #8 Turquoise cabochons. The center stone measures 7/8" by 3/8". Wonderful deep stamping graces both inside and outside of the heavy hand drawn shank. The detail is amazing, including a solid stamped band placed between the 2 shanks (not twist wire). Know for his focus on turquoise, this bracelet is a perfect example of his love for the stone. The bracelet measures 11/16" wide, with an inside measurement of 6" with a 1" gap, weight 102 grams. Not hallmarked but with strong provenance and comparable stamp work and design.
