This beautiful Red Mountain cab measures 11mm x 15.2mm x 2.8mm thickness. The WEIGHT 3.9 carats. The surface is slightly contoured. The color is a bright blue with a deep reddish orange webbed matrix. The stone is thinly backed and also has a portion of the mother rock or host rock as part of the thickness of the backing, with a fairly thin turquoise surface.

This Natural turquoise comes from Nevada, located in Lander County. The Red Mountain mine has produced some of the finest high quality turquoise in the industry. Often set in only the best gold pieces and used by the master silversmiths. Very collectable material. Note: The white areas are light reflection off contours or camera angle.
