This beautiful material comes from a small find near Coalinga, California. The cabs measure 11.6mm x 22.3mm x 4mm thickness. The WEIGHT is 15.5 carats. A high polish on this hard stone. These are very sold stones with no fractures and no pits. The cabochons are not backed. These can also be used a singles for special designs in multi stone jewelry pieces.

The name given to this material for its location and when held to a light there are areas of transparency (Agate). It features brecciated patterns of deep reds, hints of white, black and brown with a golden yellow background. Note: most areas of white are light reflection from picture.
