This beautiful Chief head figure is Zuni work. Set with materials of turquoise, jet, Mother of Pearl, brown shell and abalone shell. This lovely bolo offers a distinct inlay design of a Chief head. The quality workmanship in this piece, lends itself to being early work by a master. A soft patina graces the entire piece.
It measures 3 1/8" tall by 2" wide. The tips are 2 5/8". The black leather strap is 36" total length, including the 2 1/4" tips. Not hallmarked which was common on early Zuni work.
