This beautiful material comes from a small find near Coalinga, California. The cabs measure 13.8mm x 16.4mm x 3.8mm thickness. The WEIGHT is 14 carats. A high polish on this hard stone. These are very sold stones with no fractures and no pits. The cabochons are not backed. These can also be used as singles for special designs in multi stone jewelry pieces.

The name given to this material for its location and when held to a light there are areas of transparency (Agate). It features brecciated patterns of deep reds, hints of white, black and brown with a golden yellow background. Note: most areas of white are light reflection from picture.
