This lovely necklace was handcrafted by well-know Hopi artist Lewis Lomay. c: (1913-1996). He began his career in jewelry in 1930's and worked for a period of time with Frank Patania Sr. in Santa Fe NM. His designs were both traditional Hopi with a touch of European influence at times. His work is highly collectable, as well it should be. This piece has his early hallmark.

This beautiful 3 section collar necklace has very nice Hopi silver designs. A soft patina graces the entire piece. Nicely handcrafted chain adds the final touch to the necklace.

The necklace measure 19 1/4"long and allows the wearer to adjust the length and look. Early Hallmark with his L inside a sun.
