These lovely vintage dangle earrings are Zuni work. Set with hand cut
snake eye turquoise stones. Often called chandelier earrings. Hand crafted links are securely attached allowing the lovely 4 tier dangles to hang beautifully. Earrings are a special addition to any collection, as they enhance how we look and make us feel beautiful. Quality vintage earrings have become very collectable. This pair looks stunning on!
The earrings measure 4" long, with the top portion measuring 3/8" in diameter and the bottom portion, measuring 7/8" wide. They have sterling posts.
Zuni jewelry both inlay and cluster work, are obviously some
of the most difficult to create. Along with this work being very time
consuming, the artist must master not only silversmithing, but lapidary (stone
cutting). Our respect for the many Zuni artist goes without question, as they
are truly a gifted people.
