This lovely key holder was hand-crafted by Zuni artist Alice Leekya Homer. Active: mid to late 20th century. The stones are slightly raised channel inlay, with what is called a fish scale design. Alice and family were well-known for this style of inlay. Alice was the daughter of Leekya Deyuse. The workmanship is nicely done on this piece and the inlayed coral and colorful shell makes it easy to spot! Not Hallmarked, as her early pieces were not hallmarked. But comes with strong attribution.

The center inlay portion measure, 1 3 /16" diameter. with the entire pieces at 2" long.
