Vernon Haskie is an accomplished Navajo jeweler from Lukachukai, Arizona. Vernon is an amazing jeweler who learned silver-smithing, at a young age from his father, artist Leonard Haskie. Having won many top awards, Vernon's jewelry is sought after by galleries, museums and private collectors worldwide.

Masterfully crafted this beautiful bolo has stunningly detailed silver work. Hand fabricated by Master artist Vernon Haskie. This lovely early piece features a beautiful, large deep tomato red coral, that sits on a large domed silver oval surrounded by precise silver overlay. An eye catching design for sure! The bolo measures 3" tall by 2 3/4wide, with heavy 2 1/2" tips. Total length is 44" including tips.

This bolo is one of many collected over years by a Physician/professor that wore his bolos every day to his classroom and lectures. Many have small stickers showing the date he wore them and in what class he was teaching. It's an honor to share some of his special bolos with others.
