These beautiful earrings were hand crafted by well-known Zuni artist Frank Vacit. The incredibly fine inlay features the sacred 4 colors/materials of turquoise, black jet, white Mother of Pearl and red abalone shell, inlaid in a black jet background. This pair offers the best of Vacit's work, with his distinct, detailed design and precise inlay work. Simply the finest tiny inlay work we have seen.
The earrings measure 3/4" diameter with a 3/16" depth of (materials and bezel) with screw backs. Not hallmarked, but definitely the work of Frank Vacit. Please see Artist Biographies on our Home page for more information about this artist.
