This beautiful Nacozari cab measures 19.5mm x 25.9m x 5.2mm thickness. The WEIGHT 24 carats. The color is a painting of blues and greens with yellow, red and black matrix. The stone is thinly backed.

Nacozari Turquoise is found in Sonora, Mexico south of the Bisbee, Arizona in the same mountian range. Like the Sleeping Beauty Turquoise, this turquoise is desired for it's beautiful blue color and very little matrix. Some material contain tiny pyrite inclusions and white spots due to the stone's aluminum content.
