A beautiful Bisbee turquoise stone is the center piece of this exquisitely designed bracelet by well-known Navajo artist, Darryl Dean Begay. This outstanding tufa cast bracelet features two perfectly crafted dragonfly's. The contrasting textures and shading creates an amazing piece of art! The bracelet measures 1 5/8" wide tapering to 1 3/16" at the bottom terminals. The Gem grade, natural Bisbee stone measures 1" by 1". The inside measurement is 5 1/4 " with a 1" opening. Just outstanding workmanship!
Born on the Navajo Reservation, Darryl Dean Begay was raised in the traditional Navajo way of life. He is from a family of artists; his grandmother was a weaver and his grandfather a ceremonial sandpainter. It is from this background that his art emerges, creating one-of-a-kind, limited edition jewelry pieces in sterling silver and gold.

He has exhibited his work and won awards at many shows, including the Santa Fe Indian Market, the Heard Museum Market, Pueblo Grande Indian Market, the Wheelwright Museum, and the Eight Northern Pueblos Show. Darryl has become one of the most recognized Navajo artists of his time!
