This wonderful Storyteller Ranger Buckle set was hand fabricated by Yaqui artist, Danny Romero. Danny (1954 - 2018) is of both Yaqui and Spanish heritage. Danny grew up in Douglas, Arizona and has been working with stone and silver since the 1970’s. He received many awards in the 1970’s - 80’s for both his traditional jewelry as well as his inlay jewelry. Best known for his amazing inlay work that looks like a painting, only in stone. Danny was the first silversmith to create painted art using cut and inlaid stones into jewelry.

A beautiful Ranger set, depicting a desert scene in silver with a stone inlay design. A 3D layered design on the edge of the buckle adds the final touch to this piece. The buckle measures 3” long x 1 ¾” tall, with the silver desert scene in the 2 keepers and end tip. The keepers and tip will hold a ¾” belt. Hallmarked.
