This beautiful Navajo squash blossom necklace, features natural webbed, high-grade Lone Mt. turquoise. Crafted in the late 1950's, this piece is signed JY, believed to be Jimmy Yazzie. Each of the fourteen cast squash blossoms are set with Lone Mt. turquoise cabochons that measure approximately 3/8" x 1/4". Each stone is set in a smooth bezel housing with a stamped rain drops on each end of the blossoms. The sand cast naja measures 2 3/8" x 3", with an overall length of 36" including the 3" naja drop. The center piece of the naja is free hanging. The silver beads are graduated and were also handcrafted during this same time period. Just an outstanding necklace with beautiful turquoise stones!
