This beautiful, natural Blue Gem cab measures 10.7mm x 14mm x 3.7mm thickness. This cabochon is backed. The total WEIGHT 4 carats. The color is a blue/green with a yellow/orange matrix. Blue Gem was most often found in thin veins, but the material itself is quite hard and takes a beautiful shine. This material was purchased and cut in the early 1970's. Note: The white areas are light reflection.
