Hopi artist Frank Lahaleon, created this wonderful feather designed bolo, featuring an inlaid Sunface in the center with added feathers. He is known for adding the sunface to his pieces.

The bolo measures 2" in diameter. The hand-crafted tips are 2" long. The braided black leather is 36" total length, including tips. Hallmark with his initials FL.

This bolo is one of many collected over years by a Physician/professor that wore his bolos every day to his classroom and lectures. Many have small stickers showing the date he wore them and in what class he was teaching. It's an honor to share some of his special bolos with others.
