A beautiful blending of turquoise and gold in this unique ring comes from the personal collection of RC Gorman. This uniquely designed ring is set with a beautiful #8 turquoise stone that has a special matrix pattern of both black webbing and rust webbing divided down the center of the stone. The beautiful hand fabricated open design is quite lovely.

Virginia Dooley, who was the manager of RC Gorman's Navajo Gallery in Taos, N.M., kept both hers and Mr. Gorman's jewelry collection at her home. This ring was acquired by Stella Naranjo-Thompson for her work as the appraiser of the Native American Arts and Jewelry in Mr. Gorman's estate. A signed and detailed certificate of Authentication from Ms. Thompson will accompany the ring.

The ring is a size 7. The stone measures 3/8" by 5/8". Not hallmarked, but believed to be the work by Taos artist Larry Martinez, as described in the certification.
