This lovely Cipriano Romero panel necklace features 26 beautiful turquoise nuggets set in clusters on individual panels. Each panel has a stunning silver frame, that is slightly domed with substantial weight. Handmade silver beads add the final touch to the piece. A beautiful turquoise necklace that looks gorgeous on the neck!

There is no known connection with Cipriano and renowned jeweler Frank Patania Sr., but having Patania family members look at this piece and based on the construction and detail of workmanship, there is a possible connection at some point that these two men had meet.


The length of the necklace is 16" long. The panel portion is approximately 6 1/2" long. Hallmarked Sterling, C R.
