This lovely bolo was hand-crafted by Navajo artists Alvin Begay (1950-). Often working with his wife Lula. Multiple award-winning artist. He created a stone-to-stone inlay piece that are so precise and beautiful. His work has beautiful inlay of all natural materials of high quality. Beautifully designed silver work on each part, including the tips adding the final touch to this great bolo. Nice heavy weight.

The bolo measures 2 1/2" tall by 2 1/2" wide. The tips are 2" long. The total length of the bolo is 35", including the tips. Hallmarked Alvin in a feather.

This bolo is one of many collected by a teacher that wore his bolos every day to his classroom. Many I will be showing have the year he wore them and in what class he was teaching. It's an honor to share some of his special bolos with others.
