There were several bead makers from the Bread Springs, NM area during the era (50's - 70's) of high demand for beads. Quality beads were rare, as not many silversmith had interest in the tedious work of bead making. This beautiful hand stamped silver bead necklace with heavy gauge silver is quite stunning on. About 3/4 of the beads are stamped up the necklace, starting at the bottom of the necklace. Bead makers seldom hallmarked, but this lovely necklace has a hallmarked silver tab, with initials HB and sterling. A beautiful Natural patina graces the entire necklace.

The necklace is 30" total length, with the largest bead measuring 1" tapering to 1/4". Necklace weight 127 grams. A lovely necklace that will look great with most everything you wear.
