This beautiful Villa Grove cab measures 13.7mm x 26mm x 4mm thickness. The WEIGHT 11 carats. The color is a wonderful rich bluish/green with a deep brown and deep yellow matrix. This stone is backed. Note: white is light reflection.

The Villa Grove mine, once known as Hall mine, is northwest of the town of Villa Grove in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. The host rock at Villa Grove is mostly a gray rock with some brown to yellow limonite. Most of the matrix in Villa Grove Turquoise is either black or brownish yellow. Another rare occurance at the mine was green Turquoise.
