This beautiful Blue Ridge cab measures 13.8mm x 29.8mm x 4.9mm thickness. The WEIGHT 16.6 carats. The color is a soft green with a darker blue and brown colored webbed matrix. The stone is thinly backed. Note: The white areas are light reflection.

 The Blue Ridge mine, in Lander County, Nevada, is in the rich Bullion Mining district and consists of nine mining claims. The owners of the mine were Orvil and Bessie Jack, starting in the mid 1950's. Now know as Orvil Jack turquoise, which is also known as "faustite." It is mined today by 2 Grandsons a few weeks each year.
