This wonderful swirl silver set offers the refined modernist designs of the White Hogan Shop’s silver jewelry, lead by artist Kenneth Begay. Kenneth Begay (1913–1977) was called the "father of modern Navajo jewelry" for his unique and creative modern designs. Although his career began from the traditional jewelry teachings of Fred Peshlakai, Kenneth took his talent beyond those early lessons. He created elegant, clean designs with balance and beauty! This beautiful pendant and earrings depicts his style of work perfectly. Simple elegance!


This swirl design is one of the more familiar creations done by Kenneth. He crafted this design in the 1950's and it has been highly collectable from from the beginning. The earrings measure 3/4" by 7/8" and have been converted to posts. The pendant is also 3/4" by 7/8". Absolutely beautiful on! Each piece is stamped with the White Hogan’s shop mark, KB and sterling.
