Lovely, totally hand crafted Navajo work created by artist Herbert Taylor. Herbert was not only a master craftsman, but was also a teacher of his craft. He spent much time helping other learn his love of jewelry making and also taught his wife Dina Huntinghorse, who is a master jeweler today. This 3 piece link necklace and ring feature amazing Natural gem grade Morenci turquoise stones that have significant iron pyrite matrix. A simple yet elegant leaf design adds the final touch to this great set. Herbert is no longer with us and is greatly missed by many.
This necklace measures 20" long and is made to be adjusted to a shorter length. The center stone of the necklace measures 1 1/8" by 3/4". The ring measures 1 1/8" by 7/8" and is a size 7 1/2. The necklace and ring are Hallmarked HT. |
