This beautiful Navajo squash blossom necklace crafted in the early 30's, features classic webbed, #8 turquoise, produced between 1929-1931. Each of the eighteen Maltese Cross squash blossoms are set with a beautiful webbed #8 turquoise cabochon and each open blossom is stamped. The centerpiece of the naja shows a beautifully #8 stone set on a Maltese cross. The silver beads show their age with a lovely patina and were also handcrafted during this same time period. Just an outstanding necklace with beautiful turquoise stones! This piece is not hallmarked, but was made by a talented and practiced silversmith.
