Description

This stunning bracelet by Dan Simplicio, c.1950's is masterfully set with 5 natural, early Morenci Turquoise cabochons. The stones were hand cut, with Dan leaving the natural nugget contours on each stone. The center stone measures 1" long by 3/4" wide. This bracelet offers the simpler design of Simplicio's work, with his heavy silver rain drops, precise scalloped bezels with a heavy open frame. The bracelet is etched with a C. G. Wallace code, which date the piece and gives it originating provenance. Dan seldom hallmarked his pieces, but this bracelet is easily identified as his work.

The bracelet measures 1 1/4" top-center, tapering to 5/8" wide at the rounded terminals. The inside measures 5 3/8" with a 1 1/4 opening, slightly adjustable. Please visit our Artist Biography page for more information on Dan Simplicio.
