Description

This stunning, Navajo bracelet is set with five Rare, Natural Tyrone Turquoise cabochons. The Tyrone mine, also known as as the Azure mine, is located in Grant County New Mexico. Mining at this location started as early as 1875. This bracelet was hand fabricated, with a pulled tri wire frame, with the design use of heavy twist wire. This piece is not signed, but the work is that of a very talented silversmith. The center stone measures 7/8" long by 1/2" wide. Each stone is set in a hand fabricated smooth bezel, perfectly set, accented with silver drops. Beautiful, precise stamping graces the out edge of the shank frame. The bracelet measures 1 3/8" top-center, tapering to 5/8" at the smooth ends with an inside measurement of 5 3/8" with a 1 1/2" gap.
