This beautiful Hubei cab measures 13mm x 21mm x 5.4mm thickness. The WEIGHT 13 carats. The color is a soft sky blue with a black webbed matrix. It was purchased in the mid 70's to early 80's by a trader (Mr. Heath) that traveled selling jewelry to national parks in the north western states. The stone is backed.

Mine is located in the eastern most part of Central China.
