This beautiful, natural Blue Gem cab measures 13.7mm x 26mm x 3.7mm thickness. This cabochon is backed. The total WEIGHT 9 carats. The color is a deep blue/green with a bright yellow/orange matrix. Blue Gem was most often found in thin veins, but the material itself is quite hard and takes a beautiful shine. This material was purchased and cut in the early 1970's. Note: The white areas are light reflection.
