This beautiful stylized pin was created by well-known Zuni artist Frank Vacit. Set with beautiful Blue Gem turquoise. This lovely pin offers the best of Vacit's work, with his distinct channel inlay design of Zuni figures set tightly in a silver frame. This wonderful bird design was taken from ancient pottery found in Sityatki or Hawikku, both prehistoric ruins of Zuni.
The pin measures 2 1/8" by 1 1/2". Not hallmarked, but strong visual connections with the early works of Frank. Note: we offer a pin into pendant conversion if requested.
