Jack Adakai was well-known for his traditional style and beautifully made bracelets, concho belts and squash blossom necklaces wrought in heavy ingot silver. He was also well-known for his deep, defined stamp work. One of Jack's apprentices in the 1960‘s and early 1970’s was a young man, McKee Platero who helped to make stamps and other tools while learning the craft from his Uncle. Just a amazing concho belt.
