Recently authenticated as work by master artist Fred Peshlakai, author Steve Curtis "Navajo Silversmith Fred Peshlakai his life and art, discusses this unique design by Fred. The Un-sized-matched turquoise stones are hand cut and set stone to stone in a unusual bezel setting. Fine twist wire and rows of rain drops frame the row of beautifully aged blues. Delicate stamping graces the side shanks. Now recognizable details of this exact design confirms the work of master Navajo silversmith and lapidarian, Fred Peshlakai (1896-1972).
Center width of bracelet is 5/8". The bracelet has an inner circumference of 5 5/8” end-to-end with a 1” gap between terminals for a total interior circumference of 6 5/8”. It is in excellent original condition. Not hallmarked.
