Well known Zuni artists, Fred and Lolita Natachu began making jewelry for the trade in the late 1960's. They are bset known for their mosaic and channel inlay work. Their lovely designed pieces were meticulously handmade of sterling silver, turquoise, mother of pearl, coral and Jet.
This bolo tie and buckle set offers the best of their combined work, with their distinct sunface design and precise silver work. The matching bolo tips add the final touch to this set. The bolo measures 2 1/2" long by 2" wide with a slight tapering. The buckle measures 3" long by 2" wide and will fit a 1 1/2 wide belt. Both pieces are hallmarked F.L. Natachu. Circa: 1970's.
