Masterfully crafted this beautiful pin has detailed inlay beyond compare. Hand fabricated by Master Zuni artist Dixon Shebola (b.1937-1976). This lovely roadrunner features every lapidary technique, with precise channel inlay, flat and raised inlay with both smooth and carved stones. Parts of the feathers are raised and carves, with all of the leaves being raised and carved. This piece is inlaid with coral, black jet, natural turquoise and high quality rainbow abalone shell. The pin measures 2 1/2" long by 2 1/2" wide.

This pin is not hallmarked, but no question as to the maker. We believe this pin was made in the late 50's to early 60's. We are offering a matching bracelet also.
